What is your average day like:
My ideal day starts with enjoying the sunshine, a great morning coffee with my wife, and chatting about our plans for the day. We visit Chappy, the dog, at our local café overlooking the water in Greenwich—it’s a small but meaningful part of my routine. When it comes to work, I value having the time to truly engage with my clients, giving them the attention and clarity they need to feel confident about their financial future.
What do you like most about your job?
The freedom of running my own wealth management practice is something I truly appreciate. Early in my career, working at larger firms meant focusing on targets and volume, often at the expense of deeper client relationships. Now, I have the time to build meaningful connections and ensure my clients never feel rushed or uninformed. I love breaking down complex financial ideas in a way that makes sense—creating an environment where no question is too small or "silly." Seeing that moment when a client fully understands something they were previously unsure about is incredibly rewarding. I also enjoy the intellectual stimulation that comes with problem-solving and tailoring financial strategies to each person’s unique situation.
How long have you worked in Financial Services
I’ve been in financial services for 20 years, starting in 2005 as a Protection Adviser. After 2008, I transitioned into the Independent Financial Adviser role and haven’t looked back since. Over the years, I’ve navigated various market changes and industry shifts, but my core focus has always been providing clear, thoughtful advice tailored to each client’s needs.
